The Chili worked! Now, lets move on to LINGERIE!

I made Chili last night and it was awesome. I was afraid I added too much chili powder, b/c it came pouring out of the container fast (oops)...My hubby still wanted to add more hot sauce...I am glad that he enjoyed it :). The best part is that I got what I wanted later that night :). Even better, I was finally able to wear lingerie...I have beautiful lingerie that I have invested from Victoria Secret and many moons ago, hubby told me that he doesn't like lingerie...Seriously? WTF? FRICKER lol!!!! He said that it doesn't do anything for him...Now, I wished I had told him that I want my money back BTCH. Yes, ladies (or whoever reads my blog) he is a strange man. Most men love lingerie and even the slutty ones. Last night he gave me permission to put something on...Sorry hubby, that's how it comes out :). He has a lot of hang ups when it comes to "bedroom activities" and failure. I would love to thank his ex for that...Thanks BTCH! Anyway, he has finally realized that "our bedroom activities" is not about HIM...I HAVE NEEDS...MANY NEEDS lol. I am also a rare breed, but that's another story for another time. I am happy that after 10 years of being together, he is acknowledging it...It's all about baby steps with my hubby :). It's a huge accomplishment and a step in the right direction! LOVE YOU HUBBY OF MINE! Now the fun begins...The hunt for LINGERIE...VICTORIA SECRET THAT IS!!!!

Now, I wish I had boobs to wear the slutty ones :D...I am President of the IBTC club!!!

Yummy Italitan Dish...Anti Diet

I made a yummy Italian dish before I went to Sweet Adelines rehearsal. It is definitely not intended to those who are dieting...but, it's still good if you are wanting to cheat. This is another recipe that says it's 4 servings...but it's really not...

Fatty Ingredients

Sweet Italian Sausage
Penne Pasta (you could use wheat pasta if you want to try to be healthy)
Ricotta Cheese (2 cup)
Parmesan Cheese
Unsalted Butter
EVOO (yes, I said it...)
1 Onion chopped (I can't chop worth sht...so don't ever come near me with a knife lol)
Parsley (I am lazy, so therefore I didn't buy fresh Parsley)

Boil your pasta until it's done (10-12 mins)
Brown the OH SO SWEET ITALIAN SAUSAGE
Sauteed your onions

When the pasta is done, drain (put back in the pot), add butter, and cheeses...

I have never cooked with ricotta cheese, so it may look clumpy in your pasta...That is pretty much it. You can do whatever you want to the parsley and onions....I sprinkled it over the pasta and cut up the sausage...

Thanks again Rachael Ray!

"I am like Tinker Bell, I need the applause to LIVE"!

So, I have decided that the perfect quote for me is..."I am like Tinker Bell, I need to applause to LIVE". When I heard that on GLEE, I'd about died. That is perfect for me! As a child, the choir/GLEE club and drama club was never encouraged. So, I never pursued it b/c I always doubted myself. The one thing that I did fall in love with was the Applause. It made me come alive. So, here is a update. A few months ago, I decided to join Sweet Adelines. Why? I need an outlet. The best outlet that I have loved is Singing. My other passion (currently) is photography, but I am still new to the game. A while back, I went to visit my best friend over the XMAS holidays. She introduced me to this awesome show called "The Sing Off". I knew then that this is my calling...join a Sweet Adeline group. I had called them before I left for the holidays, but know one called me back. When I saw the show on TV, I knew I needed to pursue it. My first meeting was January. I was a little intimidated b/c everyone was much older than me....a lot older :). The minute I heard them sing, I had goosebumps. This group needs young blood to spice up the place :). These women accepted me...like all of me from day one. They thanked me for a month for walking in their doors and into their hearts. They gave me a sht load of music along with the competition ballads to memorize. After many weeks of rehearsal, we just had our Region 17 competition. We won 3rd place for small chorus. Our sister group won 1st place for medium chorus. It was amazing! I am so proud of everyone! The Pride of Toledo will be competing for international in Houston, Tx next year. The best part is they invited me/want me to join their group. Their choir director has asked my choir director to join. My choir director is a bit nervous b/c she is afraid that she is going to lose me to their group. I wouldn't do that to the group. I practically live, eat, and breath for this group...However, I am thinking about becoming a duel member. I think it would be awesome to compete in Houston...I do feel guilty about giving my wonderful hubby extra responsibilities. Plus, I have a feeling it would be temporary. If we have another baby, I would have to drop down to one choir...There is so much to think about! I should give it a shot while I have the chance...Hmmmm Think, Think, Think...

Mac and Cheddar Cheese made for the Duggar Family

So, I've been trying to cook more. When I say more, I mean not from a box. I don't mind cooking from a box b/c I am usually tired at the end of the day. On Sunday, I cracked open Rachel Rays cook book...I made Sweet Italian Sausage braised in Onions w/horse radish smashed potatoes...sooooo yummy according to my wonderful hubby...Thank you Rachel Ray, I will make this again! Yesterday I decided to make this...

http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/rachael-ray/mac-and-cheddar-cheese-with-chicken-and-broccoli-recipe2/index.html

I followed the recipe to the T except I used 2%milk instead of whole milk. The recipe says it's for a serving of 4...HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA....seriously? I told hubby that the recipe is for a serving of 4. When he looked in the pot, he said "Holy Sht"! Serving 4 my A$$....it's more like it was made for the f'n Duggar Family! I guess the pasta decided to multiply by the SHT LOAD! It was yummy, but we will be eating this for two weeks lol...
