Yea, I am doing tons of stomach toning activities, and I have started running already. Bill says if I keep up the running for the 12 twelve weeks he will get me whatever double jogger stroller I want...Im looking at a Schwinn kind or a BOB, but the Schwinn has an adjustable handlebar for short stacks like me :) I'm hoping I can loose all my baby weight in the next 3 months! We will see. What kind of stuff helped you loose your weight?
And don't worry about the hernia; you are a beautiful mommy :)
